For similar fields on a form you can just reference the properties from another field. That way you only need to change 1 field's properties in the future.

You can also change the Recognition & Image Processing attributes - acceptable character confidence, line removal for tables or boxes, noise filters, character formats, etc. for each individual field.

Add Validation Scripts to the form, or a region or a field. Scripts can be simple mathematical calculations to advanced transactions. Database and file lookups are also supported.

Instead of writing a script for each field or form you can choose from a library of scripts that you share across all forms. This also gives you the flexibility of having to change these in the future in one place only.

Create and edit a keying template for full image keying. After the system generates a template you can select & move the fields around according to your liking.

You have the option to generate the template by screen position, tab order, etc. Changing a keying template requires NO coding and is a simple drag and click procedure.

You can change the tab order of fields and re-generate the template by the new tab order.
